The Panida Theater
Our premiere screening venue. An enchanting historical theater which opened as a vaudeville and movie house in 1929. 535 seats. Pronounced Pan-ih-duh, though the name originates from the Panhandle of Idaho. This venue is used almost exclusively for all movie screenings, question and answer sessions with filmmakers, and the Soaring Eagle Awards Presentation, as well as the Very Best of Schweitzer Lakedance. Sandpoint City Beach Outdoor Cinema
Through Lakedance's partnerships with Schweitzer and Sandpoint Parks and Recreation Dept, we have created a temporary outdoor cinema at one of the most beautiful parks on earth, Sandpoint City Beach. First introduced in 2007, the venue could hold nearly 1,000 movie watchers.
"The Black Box"
Located next to the Panida Theater in the rear of Stage Right Cellars, An intimate setting to hear panel discussions and pay close attention during industry workshops. A glass of wine, beer and cigars are a step away. Seats 65.
