Where is Sandpoint?
Sandpoint is located in North Central Idaho, approximately 40 miles from Washington State, and 40 miles from Canada. Situated next to Lake Pend Oreille, and surrounded by mountains (including Schweitzer Mountian Resort which is just ten minutes away), countless rivers, and US National Forests, Sandpoint is wonderfully endowed with nature and recreationists flock to it for exactly that reason.
